First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your design needs (and if we'll make great collaborators). The initial appt can be in our showroom or at your home.
Our designers are eager to get a feel for the space you are looking to remodel.

Baldwin will help design and install a complete Kitchen or Bathroom renovation. We carry quality brands of hardware, plumbing, tile, cabinets and anything needed to complete your project.

1 - Initial consultation with our designers. If this happens in our showroom a visit to your home will be next.
2 - After the site visit, you will come back into the showroom for the initial design presentation. This will include product selections, designs and a rough budget based on the initial meeting
3 - Only after these meetings do we ask for a deposit to continue. A design deposit will be requested to move forward with further revisions and selections. 100% of this deposit will be applied to your project once finalized.
4 - After the deposit, meetings and revisions will continue until we have put together a design and scope that meets your expectations. At this point an exact project cost is determined and contract ready to sign.
5 - Contract signed, we order all materials and set a tentative start date
6 - Once the project begins, our team will be on site throughout the process and your designer will stay on and oversee the demo and install. This ensures that the vision agreed upon becomes reality.
7 - Final payment is made once walk-throughs are complete and you are more than satisfied with the final result.
